Key Responsibilities:
· Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and credit card statements
· Pull and generate reports
· Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track deadlines and action items
· Organize digital files, order supplies/catering, and manage contact lists
· Monitor emails and social media for issues needing follow-up
· Data Entry
· Track and respond to inquiries (email opens, calls, etc.)

· Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
· Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
· Reliable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
· Good judgment, tact, and ability to adapt to change
· Open to feedback and thrives in a dynamic team environment
Bonus Skills:
· Experience with content management systems, online form apps, or databases
· Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency
